JOB SUMMARY |
Responsible for processing orders from customers and creating corresponding sales orders into our ERP system. Coordination with several internal departments to determine whether production can support requested delivery dates is required. Responsible for compiling all required shipping documentation, creating invoices, and scheduling pickups for outgoing shipments.

- Process purchase orders placed by customers in the customer portal
- Enter sales orders into ERP system
- Liaise with Planning, Production, and Quality departments to ensure support the customer’s requested delivery dates
- Communicate with customer’s Supply Chain Analysts whether we can support requested delivery dates
- Provide daily updates in customer portal (BOOTS) for expected delivery dates for all open Purchase Orders
- Recommend any system improvements that would improve day to day work functionality.
- Compile all required shipping documentation – coordination with Production and Quality departments is required
- Create invoices for outgoing shipments
- Schedule freight for outgoing shipments – coordination with packaging and shipping departments is required
- Maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment, adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain and protect the confidentiality of the Company’s information and products.
- Coordinate with Program Management to resolve any late delivery inquiries
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience |
Education:
- High School Diploma required
Experience:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of Customer Service experience
- Sales Order Processing experience is preferred
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel)
- Able to navigate customer’s and internal ERP systems
- Professionalism with customer interactions
- Must be able to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changes in schedules while juggling competing priorities
